To ensure your peace of mind—no matter where you are located—we provide industry-leading buyer protection, dedicated transport services, and comprehensive warranty coverage.

1. Quality Assurance & Inspection Standard

Every motorcycle in our inventory undergoes a rigorous multi-point mechanical and safety inspection before being listed for sale or loaded for delivery. We check major components including:

Engine performance and oil/fluid levels
Transmission and clutch operation
Braking systems, tires, and suspension
Electrical components, lights, and battery health

We guarantee that your motorcycle arrives clean, road-ready, and accurately represented.

2. 14-Day Test & Evaluation Period

Buying out-of-state or long-distance shouldn’t feel like a gamble. We give you time to fall in love with your new ride in person.

14 Days to Evaluate: You have 14 calendar days from the exact date of delivery to test, inspect, and evaluate your motorcycle.
Long-Distance Confidence: Take your time to inspect the bike, ride it around your local roads, and verify that it meets your expectations.
Return or Exchange: If the motorcycle does not match our description or fails to meet your expectations within the 14-day window, contact our team immediately to initiate a hassle-free return or exchange process.

(Note: The motorcycle must remain in the same condition as delivered, with no dynamic damage, alterations, or excessive mileage beyond normal testing during this 14-day window).

3. 3-Month / 1,500-Mile Limited Warranty

To protect your investment after delivery, every eligible motorcycle purchased from J&M Cycles comes backed by our 3-Month / 1,500-Mile Limited Powertrain Warranty (whichever comes first).

What Is Covered:

Engine: Internal lubricated components, cylinder block, heads, pistons, crankshaft, and camshafts.
Transmission: Internal gears, shafts, shift forks, and transmission cases.
Primary Drive & Final Drive: Drive belts, chains, sprockets, and final drive gear assemblies.

Warranty Terms & Claims:

Coverage Start: Warranty coverage begins on the date of delivery.
Filing a Claim: If you experience any mechanical issues covered under warranty, contact J&M Cycles customer support before authorizing any repairs.
Authorized Repairs: We will work directly with you and a certified local repair shop to resolve covered mechanical defects efficiently.

4. In-House Carrier & Direct Delivery Services

We do not hand off your bike to random third-party freight brokers. J&M Cycles utilizes our own dedicated carrier fleet specifically equipped for motorcycle transport.

Specialized Transport: Our vehicles are equipped with wheel chocks, soft-tie strapping systems, and ramp systems designed specifically for safe motorcycle loading and unloading.
Door-to-Door Service: We deliver directly to your residential address or business location.
Experienced Drivers: Our transport team consists of trained professionals who know how to handle high-value motorcycles with care.

5. $200,000 Full Transit Insurance Coverage

Your motorcycle is protected every single mile of the journey.

Up to $200,000 Coverage: Every shipment on our carrier is fully insured up to $200,000 against transit damage, accidents, or catastrophic loss while in transit.
Zero Stress for Buyers: In the rare event of transit damage, our insurance covers repair or restoration costs directly—taking the burden completely off your shoulders.

6. Delivery Day Checklist & Receiving Your Bike

When our transport carrier arrives with your motorcycle:

Physical Inspection: Walk around the motorcycle with our driver to perform a visual inspection before signing the delivery receipt.
Documentation: Verify all key documents, title paperwork, and bill of sale included with your delivery packet.
Start & Test: Start the engine and confirm basic operational readiness.
Sign Off: Complete the delivery sign-off with our driver, and your 14-day test period officially begins!
